Olympia Greek Taverna
Olympia Greek Taverna has been Kelowna’s answer to great Greek dining for the past 35 years. Owners Mike and Chris Koutsantonis recently switched to a high efficiency pre-rinse spray valve which will work to drastically cut their hot water consumption down by two-thirds. That’s a saving of between $400—$800 a year. In addition, the Koutsantonis’s found out through the Cool Shops program that they have the potential to save approximately $1,400 annually if they upgrade their incandescent and fluorescent lights to more efficient lighting!
