Crush Makeup Co. & A Pure Shade
1561 Ellis Street Kelowna
(250) 712 - 1612
Located in the heart of downtown Kelowna, Crush Makeup Co. &
A Pure Shade is a shop that makes energy conservation a priority
thanks to the environmentally conscious owners Shilo Verhaegen
and Tiffany Harvey, who took proactive measures to retrofit their
lighting. By installing over 20 compact fluorescent bulbs that use
approximately 75% less energy and last ten times longer, their
retrofit created savings of over $450/year in electricity costs. This
business also reduces energy use by powering-down appliances
and equipment when not in use, keeping their front door shut and
draft proofing their windows.
