Ersilia Serafini – Executive Director

Ersilia has built her career on creating high-energy, solution focused public engagement campaigns. When it comes to motivating people to change their behaviour, few people have better instincts.
  Fatima Dharsee – Car Heaven Program Manager

Fatima runs her programs smoothly and efficiently. While she may speak many languages, she is only interested in one: the language of results.
         
Stephanie Thorson – Director, Renewable Energy

Stephanie has 17 years' experience promoting energy conservation in public, private, and not-for-profit settings. She has a communications background and a Masters in Environmental Studies with a focus on strategies for changing energy use.
  Cara Sweeny – Mercury Program Manager

Cara combines a strong background in environmental science with keen program management skills. She leaves no stone unturned.
         
Stacey O'Neill – Keep Cool Program Manager

Stacey comes to us with an H.B.A in Environment & Human Society and Sociology, international experience teaching in Japan and from working for the Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance. She plays a variety of sports, loves to travel and is always up for an adventure.
  Anahita Belanger – Marketing and Communications

As a mother of three, an organic gardener and an enthusiastic cyclist, Anahita has many reasons to be passionate about clean air. With over 11 years of marketing and communications experience, she is eager to raise awareness about the Clean Air Foundation and its programs.
         
Megan Bennett – Mow Down Pollution Program Manager

Megan has hands on experience working in Canada and Belize on environmental projects and policy issues. She has a Masters degree in International Affairs and a commitment to working towards sustainable solutions.
  Amy Drover – Administrative Assistant

Originally from Toronto, Amy has lived in Montreal for ten years working as a visual, performance and mulit-media artist. She has returned to Toronto to shake up her art practice, and happily spends her days supporting the dynamic team at Clean Air Foundation.
         
Jennifer Gaudette – Go Solar Program Manager

Jennifer Gaudette has worked in renewable energy for five years in Toronto and in Cuba. Her MES focused on ways to improve accessibility to renewable energy systems through community based organizations and education. Jenn is a strong advocate for a solar revolution in Ontario.
  John Blakeley – Mercury Programs Coordinator

John Blakeley combines a writing and editing background with the environmental enthusiasm he developed growing up in rural New Brunswick. In his spare time, he indulges his love of music by playing bass for some of his musician friends.
         
Krista Friesen – Mercury Program Manager

With more than 10 years experience in the environmental sector, Krista is always up for new challenges where she can draw upon her science background and strong project management skills to deliver results.
  Erica Pinto – Program Coordinator

Erica comes to us with extensive experience in climate change research and a passion for environmental outreach. She has a Masters Degree in Forestry and is committed to delivering programs that promote a healthy natural environment.
         
Kathryn Kearn – Program Coordinator

Kathryn’s early passion for animals quickly expanded to environmental issues, with a focus on encouraging individuals and businesses to adopt sustainable practices. Her background includes experience with international non-profit organizations as well as the film/TV industry.
